Most of the people take rice, dal, vegetable and seafood in their lunch.
There’s a common saying: “Fish and rice make a Bengali. ” At the time of food preparation our prepare food uses various kinds of spices like garlic, potatoes, turmeric, onion, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, or perhaps mustard seedling etc . that make our foods more yummy. In our foods we generally take merged vegetables, seafood bhuna, toast okra, Bhorta, fried eggplant, chicken curry, lentils, Egg curry, meat, mutton etc . with grain. Again within our snacks we normally consider Paratha, Samosa, Singara, puri, fried roti stuffed with ova, Naan, Pitha (vapa, puli, patishapta, dudhpitha, telpitha, chitoi pitha and so forth ), Mishti Doi, Altura Malai and so forth After acquiring our foods we generally drink tea, milk etc . We also take various types of fruits in our leisure time; mango, plug fruits, banana, pine apple, orange, apple, guava, water melon, coconut and other seasonal fruits are taken in line with the season and choice.
